Stage 1

Design the layout

The cube is the basic unit of SKEDAM. Customize your floor plan by arranging these cubes to suit your needs, whether by adding more rooms or designing a spacious terrace.

Stage 2

Choose window and door fillings

Choose from a variety of window and door panels that complement your layout, including solid or transparent facades with sliding, opening, or fixed sections tailored to your needs and budget.

Stage 3

Choose the facade color

Choose a color shade for the entire house or specific functional areas. Your selection will alter the color of all visible elements on the facade, including cladding boards, exposed beams, and window and door frames.

Stage 4

Installation of foundation and utilities

Our installation of ground screws requires no excavation or concreting, significantly saving both time and costs while ensuring a solid foundation and providing a nature-friendly alternative.

Stage 5

Transportation of finished modules

After your modules are complete and you've inspected them at our workshop, they are ready for transport to your location.

The cube is the basic unit of the modular house, with each cube serving a specific function. Its dimensions are designed with human ergonomics and efficient space use in mind.

Terrace

The terrace offers an outdoor space for leisure, mirroring the shape of the cubes and framing the terrace area. Roofing options include a shade sail, a classic pergola, or full coverage, providing partial or complete protection from rain and sun.

Choosing window & door panels

The structural unit of the cube is composed of wooden panels with exposed beams at the corners, allowing the individual cubes to connect seamlessly. This design makes it possible to insert various types of window and door panels based on the chosen layout.




